The Age Dispute Project assists unaccompanied asylum seeking children who are deemed to be over 18 by either the Home Office or Social Services to challenge this decision.

Supports children seeking asylum in the UK who are without any parent or guardian. Advises young people on their asylum claims, legal representation and support from social services. Supports young people for important appointments with solicitors, the Home Office, or Social Services. Provides a bilingual adviser or an adviser with the help of an interpreter.
> Refugee Council: Young Trafficked People's Project
Advice, advocacy and casework support for young victims of trafficking and modern slavery and advice for professionals working with them. The advisers are First Responders to the NRM and deal with the asylum, trafficking, welfare and criminal issues. The young people referred to the Project must be under 18 years old. The Project covers London and some areas of the UK.
> South West London Law Centres
South West London Law Centres (SWLLC) provides specialist legal advice and representation to people who could not otherwise afford access to justice. Solicitors focus on social welfare law issues such as community care, discrimination, employment, housing, immigration & asylum, debt and welfare benefits to people living across South West London.
SWLLC provides free legal advice at their weekly advice clinics at five locations across South West London, including Croydon.
Casework Drop-In, Immigration Advice Drop-In (CORAM) and Age Asessment Drop-In (monthly).

CCLC provides free legal information, advice and representation to children, young people, their families, carers and professionals, as well as international consultancy on child law and children’s rights.
CCLC's The Migrant Children’s Project works to protect and promote the rights of children and young people affected by UK immigration control by offering free legal advice on all immigration-related issues.
Advocacy support for young people aged under 25 who would like support around homelessness or who would like support around issues with social services.
