Supporting Young People Through Tough Times
At Off the Record, we are seeing more and more young people tell us they’re struggling with the pressures of modern life—pressures that can feel overwhelming and, at times, impossible to manage alone. In fact, one in five young people will struggle with their mental health at some point.
Since the pandemic, the number of young people reaching out for help with serious mental health challenges including self-harm, eating difficulties, and suicidal thoughts—has grown significantly.
